Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PipeBoost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using PipeBoost on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About PipeBoost

PipeBoost is a B2B outbound automation platform that helps sales teams identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs), generate research-driven personalised outreach, execute automated cadences, and classify replies. The Service is operated from 730 North Bridge Road, #02-00, Singapore 198698.

Our pricing is based on Fully Serviced Leads (FSLs) — see our Pricing page for the full definition. Subscription tiers differ in FSL volume, feature access, and support level.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PipeBoost. The Service is intended for business use only — not for personal, household, or consumer purposes.

4. Account Registration

During the Early Access period, access is granted following a scheduled onboarding call. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at edarmawan@pipeboost.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles, as selected at sign-up.
• Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year.
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable except as set out in Section 9.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior written notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Data Credits — Third-Party Data Costs

The PipeBoost platform subscription fee covers platform access only. Third-party contact data — currently provided by Lusha — is billed separately at transparent, usage-based rates. PipeBoost adds a small processing and automation fee on top of Lusha's data costs.

• Data credit costs are displayed before use so you can make an informed decision.
• PipeBoost does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability of third-party data records.
• Data availability varies by geography, industry, and provider coverage.
• Unused data credits in a billing period are not carried forward or refunded.

7. Acceptable Use

PipeBoost may only be used for legitimate B2B outbound sales and marketing. You must not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or communications in violation of Singapore's Spam Control Act, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam or data protection laws.
• Target individuals for personal, household, or consumer purposes — the Service is for business-to-business outreach only.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or organisation.
• Circumvent platform rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label access to PipeBoost without our prior written consent.
• Use the Service to process personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area without appropriate legal basis under the GDPR.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice and without refund.

8. No Guarantee of Results

PipeBoost provides automation and tooling to support your outbound efforts. We do not guarantee specific reply rates, meeting volumes, pipeline generated, revenue, or any particular business outcome. Outbound results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, target market, and the quality of prospects.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

• Monthly plans: Cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the unused portion of the period.
• Annual plans: Cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the annual term. No partial-year refund is provided unless required by applicable law.

• If PipeBoost is unable to deliver the Service due to a fault on our part, we will provide a pro-rata credit for the affected period.

10. Intellectual Property

PipeBoost and all platform software, designs, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription term.

You retain ownership of all campaign content, ICP definitions, and outreach copy you create. By using the Service, you grant PipeBoost a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

11. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties except as required to perform under these Terms or as required by law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, PipeBoost's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall PipeBoost be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PipeBoost harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect, by email or by a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
