Our Performance Warranty
Your Guarantee
For every multiple of 1400 credits used for cadence campaign, you are entitled to minimum performance warranty of 1 completed meeting with a prospect from your target list. For example, you are to use 2900 credits. Because the amount of credits is above twice the multiple of 1400, you are entitled to minimum performance warranty of 2 completed meetings.
If PipeBoost fails to deliver below the minimum performance warranty, you are entitled to proportional credit compensation. The determination of proportional credit compensation follows the formula: (number of completed meetings achieved - minimum performance warranty) x 1400 credits. Following the previous example, if the client only gets 1 completed meeting instead of minimum performance warranty of 2, then the client will be credited (2-1) x 1400 credits = 1400 credits as compensation.
The credit compensation amount will then be added back to the total unused credits of the client.
What Counts as a “Completed Meeting”?
A completed meeting is any confirmed, attended interaction between you and a target prospect — whether online or offline — that meets the following conditions:
Occurs via video call, phone call, or in-person meeting
Involves at least one associate (if you are unavailable) from your side and one identifiable member of the matched prospect
Was scheduled and confirmed by PipeBoost as the result of campaign outreach
Valid Proof Includes:
PipeBoost may confirm a booked meeting using one or more of the following:
Calendar invite and email confirmation matching the prospect’s identity
Chat/email showing mutual confirmation of date and time
Screenshot or system log of virtual meeting held
For offline meetings: follow-up message confirming the meeting
All meetings must be reported and acknowledged by PipeBoost before or at the time of occurrence to count toward warranty eligibility
Customer Responsiveness Requirement
To ensure successful meeting conversion, you are required to respond to all prospect meeting proposals within 6 hours of PipeBoost’s notification.
If a meeting opportunity is lost due to delayed client's confirmation (over 6 hours without confirmation), PipeBoost will not be held liable for the missed opportunity and the meeting opportunity will still be counted as valid performance.
Additional Warranty Terms
Warranty applies to credits that are fully paid.
Campaigns generally run over a 1–2 week timeline and include the pre-approved prospects.
PipeBoost will validate and log all meeting outcomes to determine warranty fulfillment.
Customers are expected to be available and responsive throughout campaign execution.
